OEM Red Light Panel Manufacturing: Wavelength and Irradiance Control
Contract manufacturing for wavelength-controlled LED panels: 630–660 nm and 810–850 nm, measured irradiance maps, custom housings and private label.
Specifications
| Wavelength bands | 630 – 660 nm red; 810 – 850 nm near-infrared; bands selectable |
|---|---|
| Irradiance | Measured and mapped at working distance, per model |
| Panel sizes | Typical 300 × 150 mm to 600 × 300 mm; custom available |
| Evenness | Reported as a map, not as a centre figure |
| Cooling | Passive aluminium; fanless options available |
| Control | Standalone timer or app, dimming and pulse where specified |
| Input | AC 100 – 277V with DC low-voltage internal drive |
| Certification support | Test reports and, where required, certification coordinated per market |
What we manufacture
This page is about contract manufacturing. We build wavelength-controlled LED panels to your specification; what the end product is marketed as, and the regulatory position it carries in your market, stays with you.
The engineering here is narrower and more demanding than a grow light in one specific way: wavelength accuracy and irradiance evenness, measured and reported. A panel that emits broadly across 400–700 nm is a different product from one that puts 90% of its output in a 630–660 nm band, and a buyer who has been sold the first thing while expecting the second will not reorder.
Two things follow from that, and they are why brands bring this kind of project to a factory directly:
- We report the spectrum we measured on your batch, not the bin label the diodes were sold under.
- We report irradiance as a map across the panel, not a single centre figure. Evenness at the edges is where panels quietly fail.
Specification envelope
The values above describe what the platform can be configured to, not a standard build. Wavelength band, panel size, irradiance target and control all depend on your intended use and your market. We confirm the final numbers in writing before tooling.
| What you specify | What we hold constant |
|---|---|
| Wavelength band and share | Centre wavelength and bandwidth of each band |
| Working distance and area | Irradiance at that distance, and its evenness |
| Form factor | Thermal performance and driver current limits |
| Control method | Timer behaviour, memory on power loss |
| Your branding | Assembly, packaging, and the report that ships with the unit |
Customisation available
- Wavelength selection — 630–660 nm red, 810–850 nm near-infrared, or a dual-band panel; we will send the measured distribution before you commit
- Form factor — panel size, thickness, and housing finish, including slim designs where thermal headroom is tight
- Control — timer, app, dimming, and pulse modes
- Branding — private label, carton, manual, and the specification sheet that goes in the box
MOQ, samples and lead time
- MOQ from 200 pcs per model, on the same terms as our OEM / ODM process
- Evaluation samples first. We would rather settle the wavelength question on two samples than on two thousand units.
- Lead time is quoted against your quantity and the tooling involved.
Where the regulatory line sits
We manufacture wellness products and the engineering behind them. We make no disease or condition claims, we do not describe any panel as medical equipment, and we do not put certification marks on anything we build. If your market requires a regulated product, that pathway and its evidence belong to the entity that owns the product — bring us the specification, and we will build to it.
Say so early if your target market needs certification: whether a report can be issued in your entity’s name, and what it costs and how long it takes, is far easier to answer before tooling than after.
Send us your wavelength requirement, panel size and working distance and we will come back with a configuration, a measured sample report, and a quotation. Contact us.
